BILL KERNER

Welcome!

Thanks for taking an interest in this passion that I’ve been fortunate enough to call a career. My name’s Bill Kerner, and I’m a South Florida-based creative professional.

A Florida native (yes, we do exist), I fell in love with cameras and making still and moving images at a young age. I’ve always viewed cinematography as the art of permanently capturing a memory, whether those moments in time were personal, scripted, or unscripted.

I am a RED-certified camera operator, and also shoot on Sony, Canon and Arri equipment. My work covers a wide range, from commercials and branded content to mini-documentaries, music videos, and commercial still photography. Over the course of two decades at ION Television, I built and led an in-house creative agency, overseeing and developing projects from ideation to delivery. As an avid hockey fan, I’ve also had the profound pleasure of freelancing for the Florida Panthers.

I believe that inspiration is everywhere. Traveling and adventure fuels creativity, and new experiences are stories waiting to be told. I look forward to helping share yours.
